• This data will be used for processing purposes authorized by the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP):

• Casablanca Prestations is the sole recipient of this data. The data is stored in the company’s cloud. The data is thus transferred abroad in accordance with the transfer request filed with the CNDP. However, the company reserves the right to transmit your personal data in order to meet its legal obligations, and in particular if it is forced to do so by judicial requisition.

These General Terms & Conditions of Use are governed by Moroccan law. The user, by his acceptance of these, by the mere fact of accessing the Site, gives exclusive jurisdiction to the Moroccan courts within the jurisdiction of the Casablanca Court of Appeal.

Modification of General Terms & Conditions of Use

Casablanca Prestations may modify and update these General Terms & Conditions of Use at any time and without notice, in particular to adapt them to changes in the site.

The maintenance of site content is managed by Casablanca Prestations’ backoffice teams.

Hosting, technical maintenance and e-services are provided by Casablanca Prestations’ internal teams.
